Hot and cold air blowing out of the heater together

Heater air hot and cold come out together. thermostat was changed, radiator is clean. what is the problem please

probably a blend door is not working properly. if you have hot on one side and cold on the other this will normally be the cause. a factory scanner will show if the blend door actuator is working, these are located on the side of the heater box under the dash, access is often rather hard. i would recommend you get a mechanic to inspect this first hand before doing any further work.
