I just got this 2003 saturn l300. I cant get the heat and ac to come on. Dials turn but blower wont come on at all. Nothing shows up on the little screen either. I checked the fuses.they are fine. What could be wrong?

If you have power at both sides of the fuses, your next check would to check for power at the actual heater control itself. If the digital display isn't showing anything it sounds like there may not be any power going to it (ie. a wiring circuit problem) or the control itself has gone bad.

Also if there is a relay that controls that power circuit.

With the key in the run position are you sure the ignition 3 fuse in the underhood fuse and the bcm 2 fuse in the left hand side fuse box both have power to both sides of the fuse?
