heater will not turn off when turning the heater knob

check for a vacuum leak or vacuum motor or the vacuum valve not closing it is operated by full vacuum to close it or the valve is no good. if it gets vacuum then that is the problem it may be on engine or on one of the hoses. picture is of air inlet door motor may be that as well.
