When I replaced my heater blower motor I went to hook it up and it wouldn't work when I plugged it in. It works when I hard wire it. When I drive down the road I feel a little heat coming through when I switch it to cold it blows cold when I got to change where it comes out like defrost feet etc, it does not change. When I have the blower motor plugged in like it's supposed to it does not blow at all when I turn it up or on. What could this be?

Good morning,

I attached a diagram for you to view. The first thing you need to do is test the fuses listed. This is not a visual test, it is a power test. You need a test light or voltmeter.

Then check for power to the blower motor with the key on at the highlighted wire.

Start there.
