When the heat is off still feels hot In The car. also if I pull out from a stop real fast car jerks. only sometimes. Thanks

I need you to clarify the heat issue in the vehicle. When you say the heat is off but it still feels hot in the car. Does this mean you have the AC on and it still blows hot? Or do you have just the blower on with no AC or heat, or just have the entire system off?
As for the car jerks when you take off fast, the most likely cause of this is low transmission fluid or the condition of the fluid is poor. I would suggest just servicing the transmission after you check the fluid.
