When I turn the heat knob too cold or even turn on air conditioner it still blows heat.

Hi,
It sounds like there is a problem with the blend air door actuator. This is what is responsible for the air temperature entering the vehicle.
Here is the thing. This vehicle should have dual climate control. Do you get heat on both sides regardless of the setting?
I attached an exploded view of the HVAC system below. I highlighted the air temperature actuator for both sides of the vehicle. It would be odd for both to fail at the same time, so let me know if that is the case.
