I start car let it warm up then when I drive it about five minutes the gauge goes down below cold and blows out cold air and will not get warm again.

Good evening my name is Roy and I will assist.

Make sure the coolant level is correct when hot. Also, I would suggest replacing the thermostat and replace with a 195.
