Good morning.
Some obvious checks. Did you check the coolant level? Low coolant level will cause this.
See if you can feel the heater hoses and see if they are both hot to the touch. While the engine is running and it is up to temperature.
When you command heat and cold, can you hear the mode door moving in the dash changing from heat to cold and back? It could be a blend door motor not changing from cold air to heat.

1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
2. If equipped, remove the instrument panel silencer from the driver side of the instrument panel.
3. Remove the two screws (4) that secure the blend door actuator (1) to the driver side of the HVAC air distribution housing (3).
4. Remove the blend door actuator from the air distribution housing, disconnect the HVAC wire harness connector (2) and remove the actuator.
