heater blows hot and cold

The heater blows hot and cold. new water pump correct coolant. set temperature at high they blow hot then blow cold for twenty seconds then back hot.

It sounds like you have a temperature blend door actuator that needs replacing. Here is a guide to show you what you are in for when doing the job:
