Engine running hot?

My cars engine gets really hot in a short period of time, but it does not overheat. I've changed the oil, spark plugs, thermostat, manifold exhaust gaskets and did a radiator flush. Still no luck. Can a 02 sensor cause this much damage?

The oxygen sensor cannot cause this kind of problem, do you hear the clutch fan kick in when the engine is hot? If not, I would replace the fan clutch.
