Heated and cooled seats quit working?

About a week ago, my driver's heated seat quit working, each day I would turn on both the driver and passenger heated seats. The driver seat has never heated again, but the passenger seat would continue to heat each time until today. While driving I noticed my back was getting colder and I felt the passenger seat and it was cold. Once I stopped and parked, I played with the controls and noticed, I hear the clicking under the passenger seat but when I turn on the heated seats, the fan under the seat will start and the seat will cool instead of heat This is happening for both front seats.

Yes, this can happen when the climate control module for the seats goes out which is located under the passenger's front seat. This is common due to the amperage of the seat heating elements.
