Heater stopped blowing warm

Okay, so few weeks ago heater stopped blowing warm only blows cold now. some times the car will get to warm and push antifreeze out the overflow. car has never gotten to more then little above the half line. also, all the hoses connected to cooling and heating system get really hot. Help

Good morning.

Possible causes:

1. Thermostat stuck open.
2. coolant level low.
3. heater core clogged with debris.
4. leaking head gasket allowing super heated coolant into the system.

Has the car overheated at any time?
