Heat only on one side

I only have heat coming out of two vents the other two are cold. I have just replaced the thermostat and check all the gears and all the gears seem to be working fine.

Hi DNLWEGENER,

This should be due to a fault with the venting system. The mode control motor is not functioning correctly and it could be bad or a linkage could have detached itself.
Check the air mode control motor under dash and their linkages.
Depending on which 2 vent, either right or left, that is the side you should be checking.
