I have the vehicle listed above (Sahara) that has an issue with the heater. The heat is blowing hot on the passenger side and cold on the driver side. I have flushed/clr’d the lines, the blend door is working fine. Someone suggested it may be the heat module. would like to know what your thoughts are.

Hi,

The manual is only showing the blend air door on this vehicle as a mechanical, cable operated door. I attached a pic below. Is that what you are seeing? Also, are the cables moving the doors and properly adjusted?

I circled the cable mount location. Check to see if the cable insulator has moved in the mount.

Let me know.
