Heat issue

I replaced the blower motor resistor and all speeds worked correctly for a day. Now blower fan fluctuates greatly and seems as if it will stop again.

Hello,

What happens is the blower motor pulls to much amperage which burns up the resistor. You need to replace both the fan motor and the resistor.

You should use GM parts as well they cost a little more but well worth it.
