Blend door not working properly

2005 CHRYSLER PACIFICA
136,000 MILES • 3.5L • 6 CYL • 4WD • AUTOMATIC

Heater core is good, but no heat goes to defrost and all other positions, but no heat good. heat goes in the heater core hose from engine but does not heat, and the heater core outlet hose is cold did a complete flush of the system. so, where is the blend door located on the car listed above (Touring)?

Hi,

If both heater core hoses are hot, then there is heat into the core/cabin. It isn't making it into the passenger compartment which is likely a faulty blend air door as you mentioned.
