Heat and air only blow from vents and floor no defrost?

Heat and air only blow from vents and floor no defrost at all i hear clicking on passenger side floor, can feel it on the actuator on bottom of plenum on motor. What actuator is this and isn’t mode door actuator on driver side near gas pedal?

Yep, you got it, the mode blend door actuator has gone bad and needs to be replaced, here is how the job is done and the location of the part in question. The defrost/panel/floor mode door actuator can be accessed from underneath the LH side of the instrument panel. When the ignition switch is switched to the ON position, the HVAC module will initialize and calibrate the actuators. Calibration of the actuators will take approximately 30 seconds.
