Good morning,
The actuator is most likely the issue. The codes are for the defroster actuator.
I attached a picture of the actuator and how it mounts. The down side is the dash has to be moved back to access the motor itself.

REMOVAL
CAUTION: Electronic modules are sensitive to static electrical charges. If exposed to these charges, damage may result.
1. Remove the front floor console.
2. Remove the transmission range selector lever.
3. Remove the LH and RH A-pillar lower trim panels.
4. Remove the LH and RH windshield side garnish mouldings.

5. To remove individual components only, carry out the steps.

Item 3: Assist Arm Removal Note
1. Lift up on the arms when lowering the glove compartment door.
Item 6: Glove Compartment Bin Removal Note
1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
Item 27: Defroster Grille Removal Note
1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
Item 38: Instrument Panel Removal Note
1. An assistant is required to carry out this procedure.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
