Heat and AC blowing at the same time and won't cut off

When I crank up my truck up the air conditioning automatically blows out of my passenger side vent and the heater blows out the driver side vent. It will not cut off.

there is a tsb out on this check for a burnt up harness leading from control to resistor. it mostly effects blower not shutting down , then pull hvac fuse inside truck for 60 seconds with key on and see if actuators will reset to stop your problem. if not have a local pro scan hvac for codes.
