Heat/air not flowing through rear passenger vents

Air is not flowing through rear passenger head vents. Front air is blowing fine from the front dash.

This sounds like the passengers side blend door actuator is not working right. Here is a guide to show you what you are in for when changing the actuator and diagrams below that will show you the location on your car:
