Hello, I am working on the truck listed above with a 4.6 SOHC. What i am wondering is when I change the driver's side head would it be okay to not change the passenger side or would it be better to change both heads. I am replacing with remanufactured heads

At 150,000 I would replace both cylinder heads, this will save you in the long run because intake and exhaust valves can leak causing issues. Let us know if you need anything else.
