The headlining of my car is falling down. I replaced only the fabric but after a brief period the headlining is again fell down.
Do i need to replace the whole headlining?

yes, once that happens you need to replace the whole thing or see an auto upholsterer.

I really do not know, we just fix mechanical things not headliners. My best advice is for you to go to an auto upholsterer.
