We replaced the fuse and headlights. The low beams still do not work, but the high beams work when you hold the switch. Someone suggested replacing the multifunction switch. Any suggestions?

check relay under hood first, then have a mechanic scan for codes as it may be a body module problem. if you choose to check multi-function switch the tan wire supplies power for headlight light/green goes out.
