Headlights turns off while driving

While driving at night my headlights will go off, I have to turn on high beams in order to see. after about 2 minutes they will come back on it will continue to happen while driving. also my back and brakes lights keep going out. I am continuously changing bulbs and the plastic part that holds the bulbs because it melts.

Hi,

There is a recall on this issue. The headlamp driver module (HDM) is bad.

Take a look at the pics below. I attached everything from the recall. What to do is contact a dealer and see if they will still take care of the problem (they should if it hasn't already been done on your vehicle). Have your VIN number ready when calling.
