The headlights turn off when I turn on my turn signals?

So, my blinker makes my lights turn off and not come back on, it’s not the light sensor because it’s doing this on every setting, (auto, DRL, lamps) so I'm very confused as to why it’s doing this. Whenever I get the switch in just the right position they will stay on, but whenever I turn on my blinker they go off. Think it could be the switch itself but I am not sure.

So, there is an IPM control module inside the BCM that sounds like it is going out, but to be sure we should do a CAN scan which is easy. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) from Amazon for about $36.00.
