Low beam headlights not working properly?

My low beams stopped working only the high beams. I fixed the relay and the low beams worked again. Now low beams turn on and off. Trun on for a few seconds then turn off, only headlights working are high beams, and while the high beams on the low beams come on and off.

Hi:

I have a feeling the headlamp driver module (HDM) is bad. There was actually a recall on this issue for the 2006 - 2008 model year vehicles.

I attached a few pics below that provide info related to this issue. I'm thinking they may not cover it because of the model year. However, contact a (GM) dealer and see what they suggest.
