Headlights and wiper washer not working

Already Tried:
All checks for fuses, earth and connectors made, headlamp switch replaced, 8638A009 CONTROL UNITRELAY replaced.

for wipers sscan for codes it may be the front ecu in relay box for headlights if fuses are ok check wires as they may be melted at headlight and need replacing.
