Headlights and taillights not working

When I turn on the headlights nothing comes on. Then I turn on the high beams on the low beams work. The instrument panel doesn't work, and the taillights don't either.

Hi,

I read through the wiring schematics for both the parking lamps and headlamps. The only common denominator for both is the headlamp switch. Have you checked the switch or replaced it?

I attached diagnostics for testing the switch. Take a look through them and let me know if you are comfortable performing them.
