Can any other model headlight fit a rx400h body?

That depends on which headlamp system you have. The halogen lamp assembly is shared with the RX330 from 2004 to 06 and the RX350 from 2007 thru 2009. While the HID system is also used on the RX330 in 2006. Other than that there are no other lamps that fit in that body design.
