ok well my low beams work, but when i pull my wiper switch to switch over to high beams it just stay on low beams, and the high beam symbol on the dash dont pop up, the bulbs are fine, is there a fuse or relay or switch or something, please help!

I would be thinking that it is a faulty switch, i would be checking that first.
