Headlights not working, why?

I have all the lights except headlights.

The first thing we must do is check the system fuses #2, 21, 23, 133, 15 and 16 in the under-hood fuse panel and # 14 in the interior fuse panel. here is a headlight wiring diagrams so you can see the fuses that need to be checked. Also, I have included a guide to help with the fuse test.
