I just put new head light bulbs in and I still have no low beams but have high beams according to the dash indicator. where do i go next to determine my problem. the fuses are good and the relay seems good also. could my issue be in the headlight switch in the steering column???

recheck your fuses for corrosion then see if the bulb is getting power, if the bulb came from china throw it away and get a name brand bulb. then check your ground to that headlight.
