The low beams do not work but the high beams do. The fuses are good and the bulbs are good.

Hello, I'm Danny.
If the fuses are good you should check the headlamp relay next.Here is a tutorial showing how to test a relay:

I've attached a picture below of its location.Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
