Replacement headlights?

So, I just went and bought headlights because I don’t like yellow lights. I replaced them and thought I was good to go but for some reason my headlights are still yellow, but my high beams are white. Is there a reason for that or is there something I can do? Thanks in advance.

Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can, see? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response. Yellow lights are illegal for most vehicles.

It’s not yellow like a neon color, by yellow I meant just a normal headlight color.
