Replaced lighting control module by Ford Dealer. No headlights? I had lights with old lCM . They where going off and on. No headlights with the new lCM. The Ford dealer said they have to troubleshoot to find problem with the headlights. Is the dealer jerking me around?

Welcome to 2CarPros.

Did anyone check the switch? I have seen them overheat on and off which causes the lights to fail. As far as diagnostics with this issue, there are no codes. Also, were grounds checked that are tied to the headlamp system?

Let me know if the on and off seemed to follow a pattern or was random.

Take care,
Joe
