Headlight and tail lights will not work

I have replaced multifunction switch, the relays, tested the fuses. I took a flip switch that was connected to my AC relay and put it to my lights, they turned on then started working but then it smelled like the relay was burning.

It sounds like the BCM is out. To be sure let's check the fuses and relays. here are guides to help with that and the headlight wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works with the BCM replacement instructions as well:

Body Control Module (BCM) In console, above fuse block, in center console. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
