When the van is running the headlights will not turn off

the headlights stay on all the time when van is running. light switch does not work I changed it out and checked the fuses. So does anyone have a possible solution? thank you for any help you can give.

Hey Nate,

It looks like it could be a low beam relay sticking on or the BCM is having a problem. Here are some wiring diagrams so you can see what I'm talking about.
