Headlight problem

The headlight on the driver's side is dim. Checked bulb, not bulb. Only purple wire has charge. Green and black wire have no power. Fuses are okay also.

check the black wire at front of left fender for good contact and no corrosion. check fuse 19 for good contact with no corrosion. if all of that is good check black wire to headlight for good contact finally a mechanic will need to scan for codes as it may be a module problem.
