My HID headlight on passenger side is not working. I have a new bulb, I tested in driver side works fine. The ballast also works fine as I checked it on the driver side the usb cable that is the HID connector cord works fine on driver side as well. But passenger side just will not work. The passenger bunker works bright lights both work just the HID headlight will not work! Can someone help me please? I have also checked fuse box and no fuses are bad.

Good morning,

The headlights are controlled by fuses. Verify power on both sides of the fuses I circled for you. If the one side works, the circuit up to this point is good.

If you have power on both sides of the fuse, do you have power to the assembly from the wire in the diagram?

I have a 2004 Lincoln Navigator with HID lights. The Driver side low beam stopped working so we bought new HID light that came with a new wire. It will Not turn on. We checked Fuse Boxes as well, they are fine. When we turn on the lights you can see the light power up and flicker and then turn immediatly back off. HELP!

This is what they do when the light ballast is bad did you replace that as well? Here is a guide and some diagrams so you can test for power and go from there.

Please let us know what happens so it will help others.
