Headlight lense

I do not know of anyone that makes a glass lens.

There are no glass lenses made any longer, unless you have the old sealed beam style lamps. With the shapes and features in a modern lens glass just will not work, plus it is much heavier and the makers try to cut as much weight as possible.

When they get yellowed you can do the sand and buff and clear coat or replace them with salvage or new lights.

Just be careful what you buy. Under the law if your vehicle was not available or equipped with LED, HID, projection lenses, it is not legal to install them in place of halogen type lamps.

That will be VERY expensive on the order of near $10,000.00 per light because they will need to make custom molds and chill plates, design the proper glass and reflector to match, then they need a few to have them tested to meet DOT requirements and standards. By the time they are certified for use you will be riding in an all electric autonomous vehicle with a roof made from the recycled body of the Element.

Or just live with the plastic lenses that are much safer than the glass lenses in a crash.
