The driver side headlamp is not working?

Hi,

Each light has two fuses, one for low and one for high beam. Locate the fuse box under the hood.

Locate fuse EF23. That fuse is dedicated to the left low beam only. See pic below. When you check the fuse, make sure power is present on both sides.

Also, the headlamp low beams must be on for power to be present at the fuse.

I replaced the 10A fuse that's for the Driver's side headlight, but still it does not operate, Either in daytime headlight mode or when headlights are on. The high beams work though.

Is it time for an electrical check at a repair shop?

Hi,

If the right low beam works, then either you have a faulty bulb, a wiring problem, or a connector issue. I say that because although both left and right low beams have their own fuses, power comes from the same place. The low beam relay.

Were you able to confirm there is power present at the fuse?

Hello,

The new bulb worked for a day then stopped working. I have not tested to see if power is at the fuse. I can buy a fuse tester for this, correct? I will get one today and let you know.

Hi,

I believe a fuse tester will only test the continuity in the fuse. We need something like a test light, voltmeter, or multimeter to determine if power is present.
