Headlight Aiming

I need to set the proper aim on them, but cannot find any help. Can you help?

see pictures this should be done from approximately 25 ft away and horizontal centerline should be no higher than 3 ft. make sure it has a full tank of gas and a person 160 lbs in front seat.
