Headlight adjustment? Please help me

Where do I adjust my headlight beam and which direction to go down? I need help!

There is an adjustment screw at the top through he frame bulkhead to the headlight housing that adjust the height of the beam. Here are instructions so you can do the job. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
