left headlight, the blinker and main light are not working?

I am having trouble with the left headlight; the blinker and main light aren’t working properly, and I don’t know where to buy the headlights and make sure that I’m buying the right lights.

It sounds like you have a headlight module that is not working but I would check the fuses. Here is a guide to help please check fuses # 84, 81, 41 and 86 in the fuse panel on the right side of the dash:
