Headlamps will not go off until the engine is switched of

I just noticed that when I turned off my headlights switch knob when the engine is running, the car headlights remains on and will not swtich off until the ignition is off.

Please help

Check your owners manual to make sure this is not normal for your car, otherwise it may be a sticky headlight relay.

Thanks for your help. I can confirm that it is not normal. I have driven the car for over a year now without such problem. I just noticed that about a week now.
I will like to check the relay but where can I find the headlight relay in the car please?

On inspecting the wiring schematic, the relays are in built into the SAM module, this will have to be checked by a dealer
