No low or high beams. When first noticed no low beams high worked but no high beam indicator. Now no head lights at all. Not the switch, replaced the relay in fuse block. Lost!

DRL or Non DRL?

Did you also check the headlight fuses? There is one for each side on the non DRL version. Do you hear/feel the relay turn on/off with the switch?
Does the flash to pass work? That would at least verify that the relay and power and grounds were okay on the non-DRL system.

If it is the DRL version there are a bunch of other relays and fuses to test.

Here is the wiring for both.

Checked all fuses and are OK. Do not hear relay click. If I close the relay manually by pressing it headlamps activate. No flash to pass. Is a non -DRL system.

OK, if the flash to pass isn't working either it is either an open circuit going to the relay on the red wire to terminal 3 OR you have a bad ground to the switch on the white/black wire. The same power feeds the relay and the lights, the switch just grounds the relay. The flash to pass feature bypasses most of the switch and the integration relay.
