Hello,

The headlight relay is located in the left instrument panel fuse block, on the left side of the instrument panel, and the daytime running lights relay is located in the under hood compartment fuse block, which is located in the engine compartment. I have included diagrams and location information in the diagrams below for you with a guide to help test the relay.

Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

My headlights went out about a week ago, I have bought new bulbs and it has had no effect. The fuse box where the headlamp relay should be is just a panel of wires.

Check the voltage at the dimmer switch. Youll see it on the steering column a rod goes down to the 3 wire switch. Youll need a test light to check your voltage with.

If the relay is the problem, just unplug the old one and plugin the new. Can you just pull the old one out? There is a diagram a few posts before this one with the location

Electrical problem

I purchased a headlamp relay and opened the fuse box. It says it is 'internal' but I see no where that it could go internally in the fuse box. Can anyone tell me how to get to it to replace it? Thanks

Hey GUMBYGIRL

Your owners manual should give fuse and c/b and relay locations. MOD says under left side of dash fuse block for headlamp relay.

On top side of left instrument panel fuse block.

Here is a wiring diagram and a guide so you can do some testing to get the problem fixed.

Please let us know happens so it will help others.

Best, Ken
