Hi,
Have you first checked fuses for the blower motor? Also, which lights are acting odd? What are they doing?
First, check the fuses. I attached a pic below identifying three different ones for the blower motor to operate.

If they are all good and have power, I suspect you damaged a ground wire while working under the dash. If you look at pic 2 below, it shows a ground we need to check. It is G203. See pic for location.
Start with this and let me know what you find.
