Cylinder head re-installation instructions needed?

I had my cylinder head rebuilt and need instructions on how to put it back together. It is a natural gas fueled vehicle.

Here is the way you can remove the cylinder head and I have included the reinstallation instructions in the second post because there are many of them. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed. There are some special tools I have included as well.
