my head lights don't seem to be to bright at night what could be the cause?

Are the lens hazy like the sun and elements has damaged there clearness?

the lens are not to hazy but they could use a little cleaning.

Do you have s multi meter to test voltage at the head light bulb?

yes I have a multi meter but I'm not sure it still work how do I check the voltage at the head light bulb? and what do I use to clean the lens?

Take a picture of your head lights and post them on here.Before we start chasing down something that's not the problem I want to see your head lights.
